Calling All Rising Stars! Nominations Open for Window Fashion VISION’s 40 Under 40 Awards 

Charlotte, NC — Window Fashion VISION magazine is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 40 Under 40 Awards, honoring the next generation of leaders shaping the window covering industry.

Due to popular demand, the program has expanded from 20 Under 40 to 40 Under 40, doubling the opportunity to recognize emerging talent across the industry. Since 2020, VISION’s Under 40 Awards have spotlighted rising stars and innovators, from corporate executives to independent workrooms, interior designers, installers, retailers and entrepreneurs. This year’s honorees will join an elite group of professionals recognized for their impact, leadership and dedication to advancing the industry.

Award recipients are selected based on their professional accomplishments, contributions to their organizations and communities, and vision for the future of the window covering field. The Class of 2025 will be announced in the November/December issue of Window Fashion VISION magazine and celebrated at a special awards ceremony during the International Window Coverings Expo (IWCE) in April 2026 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Eligibility
Nominees must:

• Be between the ages of 18–39 as of September 2025
• Work within the window covering industry (design, installation, fabrication, retail, marketing, manufacturing or related services)
• Reside in the United States

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking exceptional young professionals in the window covering industry who have made significant contributions before the age of 40. Nominees should demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, innovation and a commitment to advancing their profession or making a positive impact on the industry as a whole.

What You’ll Need

When submitting a nomination, please include:

• The nominee’s full name, email address, job title and company information
• A brief description of why the nominee deserves 40 Under 40 recognition
• A high-resolution headshot 

Deadline

All nominations must be submitted by Friday, September 26, 2025. Please note: Nominations sent by email, fax or postal mail will not be accepted.

Recognition & Publication

The 2025 40 Under 40 honorees will be featured in the November/December issue of Window Fashion VISION, showcasing their achievements as the next generation of leaders in the window covering industry. Honorees will get a chance to raise a toast in celebration and mingle among the Class of 2025 during the International Window Coverings Expo (IWCE) in April 2026 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
