With no dangerous irradiation or hazardous fumes, impulse welding is clean, efficient and easy to use. Welding styles of overlap, hem, pocket, backlit and tape can be performed with a seam width of either ¼-in, ½-in, and 1 in. The welding length is 51 in or 102 in with optional lateral extension tables of 39 in for either side. Uniform temperature and proper cooling cycle is provided by the control panel with 20 programmable settings to produce a strong bond and smooth surface. The Impulse Sealing System requires 240V single phase power and compressed air of 6 bar. We also offer a small, portable solution for welding window screen and blinds.
